Ferrocrete 215E

Hybrid Self-Leveling Epoxy-Cement Mortar 5-15 mm.

FERROCRETE 215E is an innovative new floor repair mortar, perfect for restoring worn concrete surfaces in factories, warehouses, and indoor parking garages that are dry and not exposed to acids or bases.

This self-leveling, hybrid epoxy-cement screed can be applied in thicknesses of 5-15 mm. Made from a special blend of fast-setting cement, quartz sand, and polymers, it flows smoothly to create a strong, durable, and polished surface. It holds up well against the abrasion from forklift wheels and pallets. With fewer joints, a great shine, and the ability to be put back into service in as little as 3 days, it's a fast and efficient solution for floor repair.

Key Features:

  • Industrial Strength: A repair mortar specifically for industrial floors, warehouses, and storage facilities.
  • Rapid Return to Service: The area can be reopened for use in just 3 days.
  • Self-Leveling Technology: Low-shrinkage mortar that flows and levels itself, minimizing effort and labor costs.
  • High Load Capacity: Offers excellent adhesion to the original surface, with a high load-bearing capacity.
  • Polished Finish: Leaves a beautiful, polished surface that helps prevent hairline cracks.
  • Cost-Effective: Simple to use by just mixing with water and spreading with a squeegee, saving on repair costs.
  • Abrasion-Resistant: The hardened surface is tough enough to withstand heavy forklift traffic.
  • Meets International Standards: Produced and tested to meet ASTM C1708/C1708M-19, ASTM C1583/C1583M-20, and BS EN 13892-4-2002 standards.

Application Areas:

FERROCRETE 215E is a hybrid mortar designed for repairing floors in dry industrial factories, warehouses, and distribution centers not exposed to acids or bases. It is also ideal for general storage areas, loading zones, and multi-story parking ramps within buildings.
