Form Release Agent (Water-Based)
FERROFORM 119 is a water-based concrete release agent. Its high fluidity allows it to form a soap-like film on contact with water in concrete. เตรียมถ้าผสมเจือจาง เฟอร์โรฟอร์ม 119 ด้วยน้ำสะอาดอัตราส่วน 1:5 ถึง 1:7 โดยการชั่งปั่นให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
ด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำ ไม่เกิน 500 รอบ/นาที ระยะเวลาผสม 2-5 นาที
วิธีผสมและการใช้งาน
ผิวแบบเหล็กต้องสะอาดไม่เป็นคราบสนิม ควรใช้ เฟอร์โรฟอร์ม 119 ในร่มมีหลังคาคลุม
เตรียมถ้าผสมเจือจาง เฟอร์โรฟอร์ม 119 ด้วยน้ำสะอาดอัตราส่วน 1:5 ถึง 1:7 โดยการชั่งปั่นให้เป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน
ด้วยสว่านรอบต่ำ ไม่เกิน 500 รอบ/นาที ระยะเวลาผสม 2-5 นาที
นำส่วนผสมที่ได้ไปใส่ในเครื่องพ่น และนำไปพ่นทับที่แบบเหล็ก หรือไม้ ควรใช้ส่วนผสมให้หมด ภายใน 1 ชม.
หากพบการแยกชั้น ให้กวนเบาๆให้เข้าเนื้อ
หากทิ้งไว้ข้ามคืน ต้องปั่นใหม่ด้วยสว่านปั่นก่อนเริ่มงาน ทั้งนี้วัสดุที่ผสมน้ำแล้วอาจเกิดกลิ่นบูดได้ หากทิ้งไว้
