FERROSEAL 311 is an innovative STP-Hybrid (Silane Terminated Polymer) joint sealant from Germany. This technology combines the best properties of traditional sealants while overcoming their weaknesses.

Unlike silicone, which can't be painted over but is highly UV-resistant and flexible, and polyurethane, which can be painted and has good mechanical properties but often yellows with prolonged sun exposure and has a short shelf life due to moisture sensitivity, FERROSEAL 311 offers a new chemical structure.

Using Silane Terminated Polymer (STP), this new hybrid sealant is safer for users and provides a stronger, more robust rubber-like quality. It combines the best of both worlds: the flexibility, UV resistance, and paintability of polyurethane with the long shelf life, easy application, and smooth feel of silicone.
